I am an adult student and have no previous experience with violins. So in my opinion this is a pretty nice violin and case. The sound is nice and the quality seems good. Better than I expected and looks like it will last awhile. I have had to replace one string so far (still getting the knack for tuning it lol) but I don't think its the products fault. I have had no issues or regrets with this pkg.
