I played many strats before i purchased this peace.I wanted a fender that played like the old hm fat strats and a highway one.I played amrican made starts and they didnt play as good as this does.I had a small issue with the tremelo wasnt set up right from factory ,called fender they paid the local shop to fix it...and set it up..I love it.Who says yoou cant get heavy metal out of a strat ,with some Art effects and a nice cab ,i can play anything with this from dire straits,floyd,dokken and even jump back to classic music like eric johnson and clapton..well worth the price tag...
