I must say that it was the name of the snare that caught my attention, even though I am Whitey. I would love cranking the top lugs to get that snap on this cat, but what is somewhat disconcerting to me is that in the photo...the one that represents the product...the one that the company is using to try to persuade me to buy their snare: THERE ARE MISSING PIECES! I looked at the photo and one of the top lugs is missing the nylon washer, the very thing that makes it easy to turn, tune, and flush with the rest. I do not know about any one else, but that kind of thing tends to lower my "buyer confidence"...It's kind of like engine trouble on a test drive.
